User Agreement for NexusTalk

Welcome to NexusTalk. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the Services.

By registering for or using NexusTalk, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Description of Services

NexusTalk is a communication application that provides messaging and social interaction features, including encrypted chat functionality.

The app is developed based on open-source frameworks (Element/Matrix) and enhanced with additional features.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above.

2. Account Registration

• Users must register an account to access the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal activities
• Share harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertisements
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
• Violate the rights of others

4. Encryption and User Responsibility

NexusTalk provides end-to-end encryption for secure communication.

• Users are responsible for managing their encryption keys and backups.
• We cannot recover encrypted messages if keys are lost.
• Users are responsible for their own communication content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including design, code modifications, and branding, belong to NexusTalk.

Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer

We provide the Services on an “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Absolute security

We are not liable for losses caused by:

• User actions
• Third-party services
• Network failures
• Force majeure

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

8. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
